The Payroll - Total Hours by VRC (Submitted) report divides by number of business days to calculate average daily hours or to calculate payroll for VRCs who are paid the same rate for all hours.
The report contains the total hours for each Timekeeper, including all billable, submitted Professional Hours, and Travel/Wait hours.
Parameters:
Start Date and End Date (required) filter the results to case notes completed within the date range. Case notes must also be in submitted state at the time the report is run.
Customer Account (optional) allows you to narrow results to a specific account or group of accounts. If left showing None Selected, all active and inactive accounts (including internal, administrative accounts) will be included.
Service (optional) allows you to narrow the results to cases delivering a particular service or services. If left showing None Selected, then all services will be included.
Timekeeper VRC (optional) lets you narrow the results to case notes completed by a particular individual or team. If left with None Selected, all users who completed case notes for your cases will be included.
Notes:
In order to determine average hours in Excel, count up the business days for your firm within that payroll period, and divide the total hours by the business days.
The report is used by some firms to load data to their payroll system to calculate average daily hours.
