Q: I created an account for a TPA employer and added the coverage dates. How long before the claim gets created in Gardiant?
A: If you have added the coverage time frame you are interested in on the employer account, you do not need to manually create the claim in Gardiant.
Allow up to 24 hours for the automatic claim discovery process to find the claim in CAC and it will be automatically created in Gardiant once it is found.
Our process will find the claims with injury dates between the time frame added by you to the employer account, the claim(s) will be created in Gardiant, and the automatic CAC updates will take effect, as well.
If it has been more than 24 hours since the coverage was added and the claim is still not created in Gardiant, please contact support through the ?Help button.
