A: You can find the contact information by searching under Organization Name instead of First or Last Name. Medical providers often have the name of the doctor as the organization name.
If you cannot find a specific contact in the searchable list, click on Create New Contact in the lowest part of the dialog box. You can then start from scratch, adding the contact info you want to add to the case.
