Progress Report showing as “Submitted by Gardiant”

Updated over a year ago

"“Submitted by” shows at the top of the report when the PR is posted in the claim file. This is auto-populated based on the user identification (ID) of the person who is logged in to CAC. " (WA L&I, Oct 2010).

Because Gardiant Works performs CAC integration by logging in with Gardiant’s own login credentials, the CAC system adds the words “Submitted by Gardiant LLC” at the top of Progress Reports submitted through Gardiant Works:

This is the most secure way for Gardiant to submit your Progress Reports because you never have to share your personal CAC password.

PRs have two different fields on them: “Submitted by” and “Completed by” and the claim managers at L&I are looking for your name in the “Completed by” field which will be automatically populated with your name when you start the PR in Gardiant Works:

L&I has explicitly said they welcome PRs that say “Submitted by Gardiant” and that what they are looking for is the contact name and phone number in the “Completed by” section of the PR.

As of July 2021, over 492,000 PRs have been successfully “Submitted by Gardiant LLC” and accepted by L&I.
