[Q&A] PR is still showing due

Updated over a year ago

Q: I submitted this month's Progress Report (PR), but it is still showing due in Gardiant. What do I need to do to fix it?

A: If a PR has been submitted but it continues to show due, it means that the PR needs to be manually marked as submitted in Gardiant. Only then will it no longer show as due and the next month's PR will be created by the nightly automated process.

Note: If the PR was submitted on a day prior to today, please contact Gardiant support and send the claim number in question in an email at [email protected] or use the ?Help on any of the screens in Gardiant Works.

After confirming that the PR has been received by L&I, select the PR in question from the Reports tab and, using the drop-down arrow next to the Submit to L&I button, choose the Mark as Submitted option:

A confirmation message will ask if the PR has already been submitted to L&I. Click Yes if the PR was received by L&I; click No to back out of manually marking the PR as submitted:

If the option chosen is Yes, you will be able to see the PR marked as submitted:

Once the automated process runs overnight, the next month's PR gets created in Gardiant and will show up for you as due at that time.
