[Q&A] Wrong Progress Report Type and Due Date

Q: I received a new referral but it has the wrong Progress Report (PR) type and the wrong due date. How can I fix it?

A: If the new referral you have just received has the incorrect referral type and/or due date on the Progress Report, please check to see if the claim number had a previous referral in Gardiant Works.

If you can confirm that the claim number had a previous referral, the due date and referral type on the PR show from that older referral.

It is very important that you do not make any changes to the PR at this point! Allow the nightly process to correct both the referral type and the due date on the PR for the new referral.

If you have made changes to the due date with the Adjust PR Schedule feature or if the PR type is still incorrect the following day, please contact Gardiant support so we can assist.
