Q: I need to change the display name for an account. How do I do this?
A: In order to change the display name on an account, go through the Accounts tab and access the account in question.
From the Company Info tab on the account, choose the option to Edit Company Info:
Once you make the appropriate changes, Save.
Note: If the account is externally sourced (automatically created from CAC), you will not have the option to edit certain information on the account including the display name and the legal name.
