Q: What does the Date case notes invoiced option in the Payroll reports mean?

A: When a case note is invoiced, the date and time the invoice was marked as Finalized is shown on the case note:

If you are running a payroll report and you want to find case notes by the date and time shown on case notes as being invoiced, you want to select the Date case notes invoiced option under the Date range applied to... report parameter:

Q: What does the Invoice Date option in the Payroll reports mean?

A: When creating a new invoice, you are prompted to enter the Invoice Date:

You can use the Invoice Date option from the Date range applied to... report parameter to get results for case notes invoiced on invoices having Invoice Dates between the chosen Start Date and End Date:
