Go to Search under the Cases tab and enter handy information to find the case(s) you need.
The Account field is different than other fields because it behaves both as a search bar and a scrollable drop-down.
You can either click in the field and start typing the account name or employer number (depending on the available information):
Or you can click on the drop-down arrow and scroll through the Account list:
Note: You cannot search by more than one account at a time.

When searching for a specific case that is not listed in the results although you know it exists, change the Case Status to All or Closed, and search again.
