The Claims tab is the default tab when you access an employer account.
This screen provides a central place to view an employer’s claims.
Use the Plan Year drop-down (1) to filter the claims by Plan Year. It defaults to the most recent 4 plan years with an additional prior 4 years available for selection.
Use the filters at the top of the list of claims to look at All the claims for the employer in question or look at Open, Closed, Pending, or Undetermined status claims (2).
