Sort is by Discovery Status so that claims with Discovery Statuses implying exceptions (Missing employer, inaccessible, undetermined) that may need follow up are at the top of the list.

Parameters:

  • Start and End Date parameters (required) are applied to include only claims discovered within the date range.

  • Include claims with cases checkbox/flag (required; default to No) – Determines whether or not to include claims for which cases and full claim records have been created.

  • Include out of coverage claims checkbox/flag (required; default to No) – Determines whether or not claims that fall outside of retro coverage or custom coverage are included.

  • Employer parameter (optional) allows you to narrow results to a specific account or group of employer accounts. If left showing None Selected, all active and inactive accounts (including internal, administrative accounts) will be included.

Notes:

  • Discovery Sources include CAC (“Discovered in CAC”) or one of the three L&I retro report types (monthly, quarterly, or adjustment).

  • Discovery statuses are:

- Missing employer

- Inaccessible

- Undetermined

- Not covered

- Case exists

  • Status Notes are optional text entries that may be made by Gardiant Support when troubleshooting a particular claim to get it back on the happy path.
