Q: Why are Case Notes not auto-populating on my Progress Report (PR) and how do I fix this?
A: When a Progress Report is rescheduled via the Adjust Progress Report Schedule feature, that PR will look as if it has already been started. So, when you start to write that PR at a later date, the Case Notes since the last PR was submitted are not auto-populating.
In order to fix this, use the Start button, but before doing any work, click on the Reset button:
Important: Reset the PR before you do any work in order to avoid losing that work.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to reset the PR:
After resetting the PR, the Case Notes and other information will auto-populate on the current PR.
