If you are moving to Gardiant Works from another software system, then one of your duties as an Admin may be to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
Accounts – Review the list of Accounts to ensure that all the accounts you would expect to see are there and to identify ones that are migration artifacts or are no longer relevant. If you find an account that is no longer relevant, deactivate it.
Services – Review services to make sure all of your L&I services are present and associated with the L&I Vocational or L&I Testing account. Deactivate any services that are no longer relevant. Make sure that L&I services requiring referring VRC or diagnosis for billing have those options checked.
Rate Schedules – Check rate schedules for accuracy. If a rate schedule is obsolete, set an end date to it.
Activities – Edit or Deactivate Activities that did not migrate correctly. Add activities and associate them with the right service if VRCs don’t have the activity types they need.
Users – Review users to make sure all are accounted for and they have the right permissions.
